Excellent Endodontist and office! Dr.Thompson has great calm demeanor while still friendly and pleasant. You can tell right away he's experienced, knowledgable and proficient at difficult dental procedures which helped put me at ease. He kept making sure I was not in pain before and during procedure, examined the situation very thouroughly and got the job done correctly from the start due to his vast amount of knowledge and experience. His assistant was kind helpful, organized, and adept. They work seamlessly together so no mistakes or delays during the process. This made me confident I was in good hands. She offered me a blanket so I wouldnt be cold during the procedure which was very much appreciated, and they had the forethought to have a tv screen in the ceiling, so patients can focus on something while they are having work done. More offices ought to do that. Then afterwards the office staff also very kindly handled all my insurance paperwork for which I'm so grateful and wish all dental offices were like this. Ive been to way to many that make mistakes or promise they can do the job but found out later it was botched!

My appt. was for 4:00pm. They called at 3:15 pm and asked if I could come in right then. I said sure I’ll be there in 10 min. I got there before 3:30 pm. Took 5 min. and fill out what I could fill out online and then sat there for 25 min. They took me in at 3:55pm. What was the point of coming early?? I liked the doc for the treatment and options but…
