From the beginning to THE end of my appointment, I felt welcomed important valued and appreciated by the entire staff at the Lirchfield Endodonics. The front office staff was welcoming and warm, empathetic and on time...well organized. I felt like I had known them for a long time. Just in our greeting and our short meeting, the nurses were extraordinary. I was xrayed with professional equipment, placed in an exam room on time with gentle care. The Endodontist appeared on time, shook my hand with a smile and introduced himself. He asked me to tell the story of my pain when it started and how I was feeling overall., We went over the x-rays together, and he pointed out 2 problem areas. He explained the procedure thoroughly to me and promised me that I would be cared for with no pain, and things would be done in a very professional and thorough way. I was immediately confident, relaxed and eager to get going. Throughout the root canal, the nurse and doctor talked freely to one another, communicated well, what was needed and wanted. They worked so well together and spoke in a soft voice. And there was never a problem working on my tooth. I was asked several times if I was comfortable needed suctioning or a brief break, and if I was in any discomfort. The second tooth was in need of oral surgery and within 1 hour if my finished root canal, I was placed in the hands of a fabulous oral surgeon. I was sent right over to a brilliant oral surgeon and that visit was an extraordinary one as well. My second tooth was taken care of with an extraction and bone grafting. Both experiences were amazing. I cannot thank Litchfield Endodontics enough for the entire process and procedure. From beginning to end, it was a fabulous experience that I will never forget. In todays world finding such service like Litchfield Endodontics is rare and encouraging. I highly recommend anybody who needs a root canal to scheduling an appointment with Litchfield. Endodonics. People have such fear of root canals and feel they are painful and often fail. Not true. I had not ONE moment of discomfort throughout my entire procedure.You could not find a better place to go for relief and help. I truly want to thank everyone for their sincere and genuine care and approach to my problem. And at the end of the day, I was out of pain and relieved. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. You guys are the best
