Dr Moaven and staff were excellent. Clear converstions on the procedure and what I should do with my personal care afterward at home. Dr Moaven did a follow up call the same evening of the procedure which made me feel very well taken care of - can not thank everyone in the office enough.

Yesterday, Dr. Nima Moaven did a root canal on me that was desperately needed. He is a real gem! He had a very gentle touch on the anesthesia, was very personable and was exceptionally polite to his assistant. I can't recommend this business highly enough. They made what can be an unpleasant experience into something that was actually pleasant! Great job everyone!! Oh, and they got me in the same day of the request! Amazing!

The initial call at the front desk was very professional and I checked in online and completed forms before my visit. Location perfect in the middle of “downtown” Litchfield. Day of appmt seamless at front desk. After pano X-ray determined needed root canal and had it done same day. The process was very comfy. I fell asleep 💤 twice. Dr Thompson explained everything in layman’s terms and I felt good the entire process. Initial prognosis was yes infection and possible crack but good no crack and Dr was very methodical. He could not finish so I have follow up appmt which was okay. He eradicated the main area. I have had some soreness but the area was healing immediately and 2 days later the tooth area not even sensitive. No doubt the most efficient and delicate care I’ve ever received compared to my previous root canals. Thumbs up 👍 big time! This was 2 years ago!!

Okay so as far as the procedure went it went well. But some where along the line some miscommunication happened I went in for a consultation for a root canal. I had a broken tooth that my other dental surgeon agreed to just pull while he put me under to install the post for an implant. But surgeon recommended getting a root canal on the tooth beside the one that’s broken before he does the extraction. Okay fine even tho I didn’t want another one, I explained of of this to the dentist/ techs during the consultation here. So all is set up I go back and I get the root canal. I get home and think wow the crown feels really smooth for getting a hole drilled into it. Then I realized upon looking in the mirror he did a root canal on the very back tooth that was scheduled to be pulled. I called them immediately and I talked to the front office and explained what happened and wasn’t sure how this miscommunication happened but it happened. I already paid it’s not like they can un do a root camel but now I still have to get this other tooth fixed. And to top it off I got a bill saying I owed them more money after already paying them. And guess what I’ve called and left a message and called more they won’t answer my call. So to avoid it going to collections I paid online. I will not be back to give them more business and I high recommend others asking for a different referral

Litchfield Endodontics was overall a very positive experience. The staff was very accommodating when I was initially referred to them from my primary dentist. I was in significant pain and they took me immediately. Dr Michael Thompson and his staff were very thorough and professional, laying out all of my options. Do not hesitate using them if your condition warrants it.
