Today I had a very difficult procedure — an apicoectomy — at Lagerfeld Dental in Litchfield Park, and I truly cannot express enough gratitude to the entire team. The doctor was absolutely amazing: so professional, caring, gentle, and talented. The manager was wonderful as well — so kind, attentive, and supportive. Every single dental assistant was incredibly sweet, patient, and caring. You can really feel the warmth and positive atmosphere in this office. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The dental assistant was thorough, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable and informed. I was treated by Michael P. Thompson, DDS, and I cannot say enough about his dedication and professionalism. I was determined to save my tooth, and he worked relentlessly to make that happen. Every hurdle that came up, he handled with patience and precision, always checking to make sure I was doing okay. He explained each step as he went, which made me feel genuinely cared for — not like just another patient to rush through. Dr. Thompson was gentle, extremely detail‑oriented, and truly made my care feel like his top priority. It’s rare to find that level of commitment and compassion in a specialist.
