I had a great experience. I have always been terrified of needing to have a root canal. When the time finally came and I was in a lot of pain, the office was able to get me in and do the treatment all on the same day. It was so much better than I expected. Dr Thompson continually made sure I was doing okay throughout the procedure. I even got to watch old reruns of The Price Is Right! I am very thankful that the entire process went so well and that I was able to feel so much better so quickly. If I ever need an endodontic procedure again, I won’t hesitate to return to Litchfield Endodontics.

Very easy and not what I remembered from previous events. Speaking only from my point of view. Very little pain or discomfort....very helpful staff and Dr. Was pleasantly surprise... not a big fan of the dentist... just saying, but this was all good... Would recommend them 100%

I was recently referred to Dr. Thompson (whom I had never met) to determine if an infected tooth, that had a prior root canal performed by another Doctor in another State, needed extraction or the possibility of repairing the old root canal and, thus, saving the tooth and eliminating the painful infection. He agreed to undertake the later difficult task of repairing the failed root canal at no cost if, during the course of the procedure, he found evidence that the tooth was beyond repair and needed extraction. I attribute his experience, knowledge and extraordinary surgical skills for a remarkably successful root canal repair. Not to be outshined, but his staff was equally amazing...personable, professional, well organized and genuinely compassionate, knowing full well that you were about to undertake a procedure that we all dread! Given my inimitable experience with this office, I was moved take the time to write this review.

Dr. Michael Thompson is an excellent endodontist! I recommend him and his practice 100%. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and communicates clearly so you understand. He has an understanding and compassionate nature and his office team totally follows suit. I was very impressed years ago when I used his services and saw him recently with the same opinion.

I had pain for a couple weeks by the time I called to schedule my root canal. Jasmine explained the process for me and was able to get me right in with Dr Thompson. They checked on me twice after the procedure to be sure I was doing ok since I still had pain. I really appreciate the care they took as well as the follow up.
