Where do I start... There are no words that can express how thankful I am for the service that was provided to me. I had a horrible experience with 2 dental offices that did poor work on a root canal. They charged me so much money before my procedure was even finished. I came across Dr. Thompson after one of the Doctors couldn't find the 2 out of 4 nerves in my tooth. Dr. Thompson found them easily. He followed up with me that same night to make sure I was ok. He truly cares about his patients and does a great job. I highly recommend Dr. Thompson. Thank you sincerely, Jose Pena

I had an infected tooth with a bit of a mysterious cause, so knowing that a root canal was in order to stop the infection Dr. Thompson drilled in and finally found the mystery crack not present on imaging, but as a testimony to his great integrity he was honest and told me that it was not a great candidate for a root canal/crown. He essentially turned away his profit to help me make the correct action which was extraction by my dentist. I will never forget the awesome staff, treatment and integrity of this office. If anyone needs a root canal I will strongly recommend Litchfield Endo!!

My son needed his tooth fixed right away and Dr. Thompson got him in as soon as his schedule allowed. He was able to save the tooth without doing a root canal. My son had bad dental experience in the past, which lead us to this wonderful group of professionals.

I've had root canals done by other dentist before and they left a bad taste in my mouth. Dr. Thompson has done all of my recent root canals with no problems, he even fixed one that was done by a previous dentist. He has won my whole family business and my social networks as well! He gives dentist a great name.

Dr. Thompson has cured my anxiety! I avoided the procedure until it was almost too late due to my fears. He put me at ease and was very patient with me. He mentioned the tools used today make the process much easier then it used to be...he was correct. I made it through the first root canal without any problems. Doctor Thompson checked my other teeth and examined my ugly front tooth from a botched root canal I had 20 years ago. He along with my dentist came up with a plan to redo the job correctly and bleach the tooth from the inside. It worked! After 20 years I have my smile back!! He has changed my life. I searched for over a year to find a Doctor for the first root canal. I made the mistake of going to a few franchise places and could not get comfortable with them. Most wanted you to prepay to make the initial appointment...even with excellent insurance coverage. The Doctors travel from location to location and don't have the best equipment. Stick with a professional, smaller practice with the latest technology available and you will be pleased. You will be treated as a person, not a number.
