It was a pleasant and pain free experience. I was referred that bybmy dentist because i needed to have a root canal done. The instance I felt ant discomfort Dr. Thompson didn't hesitate to make sure it was a pain free. Plus I really like that he gave me the appropriate amount of novican. I use to my jaw being numb for hours afterlife left the dentist and this wasn't the case. Dr. Thompson was very informative throughout the entire procedure. Plus I am a veteran and he is also, so wanted to be extra sure he took care of my issue.

I had some issues with my insurance on the coverage and Margie from Dr Thompson's office took the time sorting it out for me. Dr Thompson reviewed my record and eliminated an item that's not necessary; hence saved me some $$$. Although I had an issue initially with his office staff not relaying/ returning my calls, Margie and Dr Thompson turned the negative to positive experience. Extremely caring, courteous & took his time with my painful situation. Not only was Dr. Thompson a Rockstar, but everyone I encountered in his office was as well!! Dr Thompson was amazing! He explained everything, took his time, and did great work. He’s very knowledgeable. His staff is very nice. They helped me figure out insurance and were very accommodating making my appointment. I had no pain during or after the procedure. His staff even called the next day to check on me.
