Dr Thompson’s techniques are awesome during the numbing process…you don’t feel it and as far as the time it takes for a root canal, it was less than the last root canal done by another dentist that resulted in a tooth being pulled. I would never go to another orthodontist… he’s awesome

After my 1st initial visit, I must say Dr. Thompson and staff were awesome. The office staff corrected a wronged mistake. Visit from beginning to end was awesome. I had a root canal completed... ouch. It wasn't bad at all. They explained everything from beginning to end. Dr. Thompson explained what pains would have and where it would hurt and, when I will feel a pinch, etc. He was on point. Made contact after the procedure making sure everything was okay. Still a little tender but good. If you need a root canal this is the place to go. Thanks Dr. Thompson and staff. I truly appreciate the caring touch.

Went for a consult for a root canal and was very pleased with the professionalism of the entire staff from the front desk to assistant to the dentist. All were very pleasant and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Made an appointment right away and told me if I needed anything between now and the appointment to call right away even after hours if needed.
