Was in pain over the weekend and they were able to get me in Monday and perform a root canal that same day and relieve me of the pain. Their whole staff was amazing and Dr Thompson even had his cell phone number on the after hours voicemail for any emergencies.

Dr. Thompson is very professional and takes time to explain what needs to be done. I had gum surgery— an apicoectomy—which was successful. They followed up the next day and Dr. Thompson gave me his cell number for any emergency. The staff is knowledgeable and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this practice!

Overall good experience. I am not sure if there was a specific reason for not providing safety eyewear during a root canal, to shield the eyes from debris, splashing water, light… even if the exposure is minimal.

I had a root canal done at this endodontist. Dr. Thompson (apologies if I misspelled) and his assistant (whom I'm not sure of her name, I forgot it) were so patient with me. I'm a very tough patient to deal with because of past dental trauma and I get worked up quite a bit. Their patience for me was outstanding. They did all in their power to make me feel comfortable and as pain free as possible, and described everything they were doing in my mouth. They gave me motivation - "you're doing great!" kind of thing. I am ever so grateful I was referred to them and they worked on me past the time the business typically closes, which I also am thankful they could take me. They called to check up as well. The front desk ladies were equally as amazing. From the time you walk into the door, to the time you leave, you're in a place where everyone is kind and understanding. Dr. Moaven and his staff are great. I was nervous about my procedure at first. Dr. Moaven was great in helping decrease my anxiety about the procedure. He explained all the risk and benefits. I can tell Dr. Moaven really cares about his patients. Stephanie helped during my procedure and she was friendly and professional. During my following visit Taye assisted and she was friendly and professional. The ladies at the desk have excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Dr. Moaven to my family and friends.
