Dr. Thompson was excellent in the diagnosis of my issue with my tooth. He pointed out on the X-rays the area of concern and explained thoroughly the plan of action needed to relieve my pain. He showed care and understanding since I was 1300 miles away from hometown Dentist. I feel he was very skilled and made me feel at ease concerning the complexity of my issue. There is no doubt that he stays current on improvements that are being made in the treatments of root canals. If you are a local resident or a snowbird such as I, I highly recommend Dr. Thompson and his staff.

As a new patient, I called Friday after hours asking for a call back Monday to schedule a root canal. I got a call back Saturday morning, got booked, and was in the chair Monday 8am!! These people do not play around, my root canal went so soothly that 2 days later I only had mild soreness around my gums. I literally watched the news on a flat screen TV mounted to the ceiling and left about 1hr later. Tuesday morning I got a concerned follow-up up call from a receptionist asking how I was doing and if I had any questions. Dr. Thompson is gentle, kind and very professional.

Perfect. The process of the root canal was explained to my satisfaction. Dr Thompson did a very professional job. It has been a day since the procedure was performed and there is just a hint of discomfort, without any pain reliever. Great job. Can not forget to mention the staff; cheerful, professional, and respectful.

Great job. Thank you very much. The doctor Explained what is causing my dental problem , very clearly. The check in and follow up instructions by staff was excellent . Everyone was polite and friendly. I should have filled out the lap top data on line before my appointment,. I didn't sorry about that.
