I got an appointment the same day I called. The staff was very nice and helpful. The office is nice, not overly done and very clean. Dr. Thompson was very personable and explained everything in detail. I very much appreciate the discount they give when not having dental insurance even though I am not a regular patient. Especially since my husband and I are on a fixed income. I was very pleased with my first visit.

Dr. Michael P. Thompson and staff made me very comfortable for something I did not look forward to for 3 years. I have severe cat allergies and was around a cat the day prior. Even while struggling through allergies and asthma, I truly felt like I was in good hands. Watching the history channel while the procedure took place was nice as well. It took me back to the History channel marathons that took place through my childhood with my father. Thank you again Dr. Thompson and staff for fitting me in and taking care of me. Cheers!

Excellent service and patient care. My dentist was unable to fit me in for an emergency root canal, and referred me over to Dr. Thompson and his team were able to get me in same day for a consult and treatment. The service and care they provided was stellar from the moment I walked in the door , to the next day follow-up call. Absolutely not your grandparent’s root canal! Low discomfort and absolutely no pain next day! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Thompson and Litchfield Endodontics!
