Nobody likes to get a root canal, but if you have to, Litchfield Endodontics is, without a doubt, the place to go... I've been a patient of Dr. Thompson for almost a decade. My visits to this office have been few, but each time I'm greeted by courteous and professional staff. Dr. Thompson has always provided incredible guidance related to my dental care and I would recommend him to any family member or friend.

As previously posted, I had a more complex root canal procedure than most due to some anomalies. Dr. Thompson & staff were awesome. Had my two week follow up yesterday and all looks good. Also booked my free-of-charge 6-month follow up as well. A nice touch by this practice. Very pleased.

The staff is always friendly and courteous. Dr. Thompson is caring and professional. I feel safe and secure knowing that he does great work. He always follows through and checks to see how I am doing. I would recommend him .

Office staff is very friendly and caring. My family went out of town and my daughter had a tooth that was worked on the previous week by Dr Thompson start giving her some trouble. Pain and gum was swollen above the tooth. I was hesitant to call the emergency cell number that goes directly to Dr Thompson after hours. (Didn’t want to be “that” parent ). We thought I was going to need to leave our vacation to come back into town and have her seen. Dr Thompson was very kind. He called her in some medication to a pharmacy that was close to where we were vacationing at. After about six hours she was much better. Followed up when we got back into town. Dr Thompson has been amazing with my teenagers. I won’t go anywhere else.

Very Professional, Knowledgeable. The entire staff has Genuine Care and Concern for Patients Comfort and Understanding. Staff is on point and very detailed oriented. If you are not using Dr. Thompson, you are not getting the very best in Endodontics!!! Thank you again for a very painless, and pleasant experience! Who says that about a root canal?? I have been a dentist in Litchfield for over 20 years, having always done my root canals, with relatively high success rates. When I met Dr. Thompson and saw his work, I immediately recognized that I could not deliver the kind of treatment that he does. He definitely humbled me, with his state of the art equipment, his expertise and dedication to excellence. I haven't done root canals since. He is the best Endodontist I have ever see, and I great guy, to top it all !!!
