I had an awesome experience with Dr. Thompson. He was respectful of my time, knowledgeable, personable, professional, just a great guy. He and the rest of the staff made me feel comfortable, and worked hard to ensure I was happy and taken care of. I felt like the process of my procedure was explained, and I also received updates on what was going on throughout my time in the office. Amazing staff!! Super friendly, very prompt and courteous. Called in to another dentist today for tooth pain, #litchfieldsmiles, they shot my x-rays and found out that I need a very complex root canal. Called over to Michael and crew and in less than an hour he had me in a chair! Thank you so very much! Very calm environment. All chairs are in separate very clean and well set up rooms. Almost feels like going to a relaxing spa. All while using what appears to be the latest and greatest equipment!! Highly recommend for all your Endo needs!

If you need an endodontist, I hope you find this place, Go here!. Best care, feel and look of my root canal ever. And this was a moler #30 to be exact. I had 3 root canals in my life with 2 different endodontist. I was done with checking my teeth because it was always bad news. 12 years since my last root canal and I was scared, nervous and almost canceled my appointment- COVID doesn't scare me getting a root canal has me trembling. (They are very COVID cautious so you'll be fine) I was able to get my estimate with insurance by phone via text so I knew what I was walking into. They have the latest technology so you know they continue to enhance your experience and care. They made sure I was ready to begin instead of rushing the process of anaesthetic and the self. I had to get 4 doses of injections that just because I need a bit more than most. They answered all my questions then again when I didn't think I fulling understood. Also so cute they call ya the next day..the other endodontist did not. AND Mr. Thompson can be personally reach if needed. If you need something for pain..they got you. As I said am a bit different than most and didn't need anything for pain or soreness but was offer. I really hope you dont need a root canal but if you do this is the place to go. Give them a call . I took a few pictures as my phone was dying(smh) but I find it comforting knowing what I may expect to see. So I hope it helps.

Dr. Thompson is the best. He has done a couple of root canals for me . I have anxiety from a bad experience in the past . Dr. Thompson makes sure that I am comfortable and calm and I have always had a positive experience with him . He goes above and beyond to find the source of the problem and I completely trust him . Shauna and all the staff are all wonderful as well !! I highly recommend Litchfield Endodontics !

Beautiful office. Seems very high tech. They even have a TV mounted on the ceiling so you can see it as you are getting worked on. Doctor is efficient and very gentle. Overall a very good experience.

Dr Thompson and staff are very professional. I have extreme dental anxiety. I was recently treated for an emergency root canal. I had nothing to fear in their care and my experience was pain free. Additionally, they take COVID-19 seriously. Their office is extremely clean. I felt very safe there. I highly recommend Dr Michael Thompson. Do not hesitate to choose this practice, they are gifted in what they do.
