Dr. Thompson did a great job in taking care of my dental problem. The root canal surgery went smoothly. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, which was comforting to me. This team is very professional, efficient and courteous. I found them here on Google doing a search for Gentle Wave treatments in West Valley and relieved to find this practice. I just had my consult and exam and I've never been to an endodontist before. Dr. Thompson explains the details clearly using high tech low dose imaging and answers all your questions. They communicated with my referring dentist directly. I didn't feel rushed, nor pressured. I'm actually looking forward to get my tooth taken care of...so that itself is a vote of confidence! 👍🏼 Update (Jun, 2021) - My root canal/Gentle Wave procedure was a success. It was more comfortable than I expected and Dr. T and his assistant, Melanie were very thorough. They constantly make sure you are comfortable and know what is going on. My facial pain has resolved, sinusitis and other inflammatory symptoms have decreased dramatically. Their service includes a 3 to 6 month follow up to make sure everything is still clear and infection-free. I highly recommend this office and have already referred a few patients over.

Nobody likes to get a root canal, but if you have to, Litchfield Endodontics is, without a doubt, the place to go... I've been a patient of Dr. Thompson for almost a decade. My visits to this office have been few, but each time I'm greeted by courteous and professional staff. As previously posted, I had a more complex root canal procedure than most due to some anomalies. Dr. Thompson & staff were awesome. Had my two week follow up yesterday and all looks good. Also booked my free-of-charge 6-month follow up as well. A nice touch by this practice. Very pleased.

Office staff is very friendly and caring. My family went out of town and my daughter had a tooth that was worked on the previous week by Dr Thompson start giving her some trouble. Pain and gum was swollen above the tooth. I was hesitant to call the emergency cell number that goes directly to Dr Thompson after hours. (Didn’t want to be “that” parent ). We thought I was going to need to leave our vacation to come back into town and have her seen. Dr Thompson was very kind. He called her in some medication to a pharmacy that was close to where we were vacationing at. After about six hours she was much better. Followed up when we got back into town. Dr Thompson has been amazing with my teenagers. I won’t go anywhere else.
