Dr. Michael Thompson is simply the best Endodontist working in the field today. The word "best" does not do him justice, and I speak for his entire team as well, as his staff and managers are incredibly friendly, caring, and accommodating, and bend over backwards to work you into the schedule in dire situations without making you feel guilty. Anyone who has experienced the agony of severe tooth infection knows that feeling of helplessness and desperation. Teeth don't heal themselves, pain killers barely touch the surface of the agony, and the only remedy is professional care from an intelligent, professional and experienced Endodontist like Dr. Thompson. All of my experiences with him have been positive in every way, and I have tremendous comfort in knowing that when/if any issues arise, I will be seen and taken care of promptly and correctly. That's all a patient can ask.

This office is great! The front office and back office staff were very friendly. The office was very clean and well run. Dr Thompson took his time and explained everything to me clearly. No one wants to have a root canal but if you have to have one you can’t go wrong with this office.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had. Walked out of a root canal procedure and ate dinner within 2 hours. Will go back and get another root canal fixed right away. No more worries about dental work. Absolutely no pain and I’m a wimp.

I’ve had my fair share of dental procedures and I was very impressed with Dr. Thompson and his precise work. He’s very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. He has state of the art equipment and technology which made the procedure very smooth. Their new office is very updated, modern and clean.. certainly not your usual typical dentist office feel. The staff is super warm and welcoming and even called to check on me after my root canal to see how I was doing. They were very professional and squeezed me in to their schedule, earlier than anticipated due to a cancellation. They said they will follow up again in 6 months to make sure everything healed the way it was supposed to. Dr. Thompson even said if ANYTHING happens after hours or the pain gets worse, to call him directly. I would certainly recommend Dr. Thompson to my family and friends. Should I need another endodontist, I’ll only come back here!

I had my first root canal 4 years ago with Dr. Thompson. He did a great job as this one was a bit more extensive and required a second visit to complete the work. I have not had any problems. I recently had a second root canal with Dr. Thompson. He took care of the issue in one visit and everything went fine. Dr. Thompson was very conscientious about keeping me comfortable and pain-free. I highly recommend Dr. Michael Thompson and his wonderful staff for all your endodontic needs.

I went to Phoenix to visit family, when my tooth started to hurt badly, I was in tears due to the excruciating pain I was in. I contacted Dr. Thompson’s office and scheduled an appointment ,i was seen right away I was greeted with smiles and genuine concern. Dr. Thompson was through durning exam, was presented with treatment plan and options. Not only did he treat tooth in question but was able to treat me in one visit and even did buildup because I was on vacation and he did not want me to break tooth. Also Dr.Thompson did a full mouth and found another tooth needing treatment and referred back to my dentist.The staff was extremely kind and efficient and knowlgeable with my insurance plan and benefits. I was concerned because I was visiting and my plan was out of state. I wished he was in my town so he could be my dentist, had an excellent experience with no worries.

Where do I start... There are no words that can express how thankful I am for the service that was provided to me. I had a horrible experience with 2 dental offices that did poor work on a root canal. They charged me so much money before my procedure was even finished. I came across Dr. Thompson after one of the Doctors couldn't find the 2 out of 4 nerves in my tooth. Dr. Thompson found them easily. He followed up with me that same night to make sure I was ok. I had an infected tooth with a bit of a mysterious cause, so knowing that a root canal was in order to stop the infection Dr. Thompson drilled in and finally found the mystery crack not present on imaging, but as a testimony to his great integrity he was honest and told me that it was not a great candidate for a root canal/crown. He essentially turned away his profit to help me make the correct action which was extraction by my dentist. I will never forget the awesome staff, treatment and integrity of this office. If anyone needs a root canal I will strongly recommend Litchfield Endo!!

My son needed his tooth fixed right away and Dr. Thompson got him in as soon as his schedule allowed. He was able to save the tooth without doing a root canal. My son had bad dental experience in the past, which lead us to this wonderful group of professionals.
